message me to reschedule lessons. rescheduling lessons more than two times may result in a cancellation without a refund due to causes excluding family emergencies, medical problems, or any other reason we see fit. If the lesson is rescheduled more than the two times, you can pay a $15 fee to avoid cancellation and reschedule the lesson to a time that will work for you. 

no show or late without messaging earlier results in an automatic cancellation of lesson without refund or make up lesson. time missed because of being late will not be made up, unless due to a medical or family emergency we see fit. 

more than 15 minutes late results in a cancelled lesson. 

if you need to cancel lessons, only 50% of total cost will be refunded back. Deposit is non-refundable. Takes 3-5 business days for refund.
